i found the location quite convenient, close to shopping areas. the staff was really helpful with directions. the room had useful features like the electronic blinds and led lighting. i appreciated the tablet to order extra towels..
the glass door to the bathroom was not ideal. its design allowed sound to travel easily. this could be a bit uncomfortable for some guests, especially if sharing the room.

The staff was really friendly. i loved the cafe machine that was both in my room and in the lobby! i also liked the breakfast buffet. it had a great variety. it was only a short walk to the christmas market. The church. And the shopping center!
I was told i could only have one key at check in. the hotel was full. They said. this made it so i couldn't go out on my own. i also couldn't use the electricity in the room if the key wasn't there! it was honestly a little ridiculous. i was really disappointed.

some necessary items were missing, like a toothbrush and toothpaste. i also noted the absence of cotton buds. a hair brush was not provided either. i thought these should have been included.

Wonderful City Stay!

The location is fantastic. I found the walking area very close! The rooms are spacious and include necessary amenities! The staff are genuinely friendly and always eager to help, which I value very much. The bar area offers a relaxing atmosphere. The bartenders are attentive and friendly!
I did find one minor issue. The pillows provided were a bit too firm for my liking.

I found the location very convenient! It was close to the city center. The check-in process was friendly. I enjoyed the cozy bar with its friendly service. Breakfast was also good!
I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed. I ordered dinner to my room! The delivery guy brought it up. I would have preferred a call from the reception. I would have gone to get it myself!
